Buiding Your Temple is a personal training system focused on Functional Fitness and Group Fitness Classes . I have taken 18 yrs of training knowledge and infused it with Marine Corp training, HIIT principle, and polymetrics. Creating an intense 55 minute full body workout that anyone at any fitness level can do.
