We train Functional Fitness which trains your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports at any age and gender.

Functional fitness trains your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability.

We cover all 10 areas of Fitness: Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.

We have L1 & L2 CrossFit instructors. We also have a USAG instructor (gymnastics) and instructors with Certs in Crossfit for Kids, Mobility, and Olympic Lifting.

Safety and Technique are our first priorities - Speed and Strength will follow.

The WODs (workout of the day) are written with purpose and are programmed for the best overall workout you can receive. On the surface they look like a bunch of movements thrown together; however, there is a method to the madness.

CrossFit is more like sharing a personal trainer with friends than belonging to a health club. We will bring you the best training we can offer and will encourage and help you finish each workout. We want you to leave each day feeling stronger and more confident than the day before. The goal is to be healthier and better than you thought you ever could be in every aspect of your life. Your motivation, commitment, and time put toward this program, if given a fair chance, will produce results.

Give us a try! We have numerous days and times available to accommodate just about everyone's busy schedule and offer specialty classes you may be interested in.
