After you become a member our hours are 24/7 if you are 18 years old or older. Mon through Fri. we are here from 9am to 9pm. Sat 9am to 2pm.

A family-owned gym with a family-friendly atmosphere.

Equipped with treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, and stairmasters. Precor machines designed to hit every muscle - upper body, abs, legs. Dumbbells ranging from 5-100lbs. And of course, we have barbells for all your free-weight needs.

We have an excellent group of Personal Trainers available for individual sessions.

30 minute group fitness class Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 6pm. $5 per class

30 minute group fitness class Monday at 7pm. $5 per class

Zumba - Wednesday at 6:10pm. $3 for members and $5 for non-members per class

Wide variety of drinks and protein bars.

Vitamins, proteins, creatine, fat burners, and pre-workouts are sold up front.

Membership is $25 per month.

We also offer special prices when you pay for more than one month.

No contract or sign-up fees to worry with, so that means no obligations to you.
