Philosophy: Adam C. McAlmont, Licensed Massage Therapist, has long been a believer in natural health philosophies and techniques. He realized early in his life journey that massage therapy is an essential component of a holistic lifestyle. Core to his approach as a massage therapist is a philosophy of service recognizing that when a massage is given, a sacred space is created for a client to experience deep relaxation and healing. Within this space, both subtle and deep work are applied intuitively in accordance with the needs of the client.
Along with healing, Adam is also a believer in art, drawing and design, gardening, organic and local foods, the green Earth, family, lasting friendship, commuting by bicycle, coffee, conversation, and the spirit of Love.
He graduated with honors in the massage therapy program at First Coast Technical College in his chosen home of St. Augustine, Florida, and shortly after received his Florida license (MA71121).
