Pilates is a method of exercise that focuses on proper alignment, building a strong central core and creating a long, lean look. Joesph Pilates thought of his method as a way to connect mind, body and spirit.

I have been practicing Pilates since 2008 and teaching since 2011. I am certified in Mat, Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels.
