CrossFit is a style of workout that can be tailored to any fitness level. The goal is to keep you from getting into a routine where you do not see variety or new challenges in your workout regimen. Classes are short, but intense to allow you to get in a great workout without taking up your entire day. We follow the module of having a warm-up, strength, and Metabolic Conditioning.
