The Edge workouts focus on improving individuals at all 10 modalities of fitness. Cardio, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. Every workout is scaled per individual so anyone no matter what age or fitness level is able to do them regardless of whether they are an out of shape beginner or an advanced athlete. The movements we do are functional movements that will benefit you in daily life and the workouts are constantly changing. Everyone does the same workout at the same time just at different weight, modifications, and intensity levels. Every class is coached by one of our trainers, we will adjust the workouts for you as needed and we will help push you outside your comfort zones. The atmosphere of our gym is fun and supportive. The workouts are hard but if you show up and put in the work you'll be amazed by the results you will see! Be prepared to get addicted to a new style of workouts that you'll enjoy doing and achieve results you never thought possible.
