Whenever I tell people what I do for a living, you can tell they immediately think ‘gym’.
The reality is that the gym is just part of what I do for clients.
The training aspect to personal training is just one part (admittedly, a significant one) of my holistic approach to helping you live a healthier lifestyle. I work with individuals or groups to advise on training, diet, motivation, and results.
I am also focused on rehabilitation through exercise.
My own experiences, both in my sporting background and through my own rehab after a major operation, give me a unique insight into how to get results for you.
