Let Jim help you reach your fitness goals today! He offers an amazing combo of cardio and strength training to make sure your goals become reality.

Jim is an experienced ACSM CPT, Certified Level 1 Training for Warriors Instructor, and CMU graduate. He has been training in the area since 2012.

He has trained a wide range of age groups from teen to 90 and skill levels from average Joe/Jane to collegiate athlete.

The training incorporates body weight and light/moderate/heavy resistance that will not just tighten and tone your body, but will also build a strong and powerful total body.

Jim will make sure that the fat and inches melt off of you! Let him take you through one of his high energy workouts and you can be assured you will burn calories, build endurance, and feel amazing!

Jim will offer to track your progress for you as you set out on your fitness journey. He will record your inches and administer a bioelectrical impedance analysis to measure your body fat. From this he can track your fat loss and even tell you the muscle you have built.

Women's Strength and Cardio Circuit @ Madison Elementary Gymnasium, Manistee:
$8/class
$70 for 10 class punch card
