Momentum Health specialises in helping people who have chronic or short term pain/ injuries, sporting athletes wanting to improve their performance and recover quicker or for expecting mothers needing relief in areas such as oedema, hip pain and encouraging relaxation during labour.
Making the change from ‘I Do Massage’ to ‘Momentum Health’ was brought about to be able to broaden the possibility of services that we could provide for you, alone with Remedial Massage, we strive to include more health services / needs to our clients. This includes dermal care, nutritional medicine and baby massage classes. We regularly seek new ways to help our clients and stay up to date so that we can give you the best care for your body.
