Sensei Alonzo L. Richardson holds a 4th degree black belt in the style of Karate. The name of the karate is called Jiy-u-sei-shin-do. This means way of the free spirit. He learned Karate in Houston, Texas under the direction of Mr. Lonnie Posey, who held a 4th degree black belt in Tae kown do and 2nd degrees in Aikido and Tang soo do. I began practicing Yoga almost 10 years ago for a college course credit. I didn't really understand it then, but I knew it was good for my body. After having my daughter 4 years ago, I realized I had to do something to keep me in shape. I again found Yoga. The most intense form is the Bikram method. Twenty Six Poses in 90 minutes in 105 degrees and about 40% humidity will get you in shape, but I have to say, I thought I was going to die a few times.
